Pimento Cheese
- 4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 jar (4oz) diced pimento (I used more) not drained
- ½ c. chopped salad olives
- 1 small can of chopped green chilis not drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and use your mixer to blend, at medium speed til thoroughly combined. I was going to try capers next cause I love them! Store in an airtight container in the fridge and lasts for a long time. Softens a bit at room temps.
