Peaches N Cream

  • Large can of sliced peaches
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large instant vanilla pudding
  • 5 T. plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 T. butter

Drain the peaches, and save the juice. Melt your butter in a baking dish. Add the peaches. Mix the pudding, milk, egg, peach juice, flour, and 1/2 cup of sugar. Pour this over the peaches. Cream 1/2 cup sugar and the cream cheese. Drop by spoonfuls over the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
