Chicken Paprika
- 2 T. butter
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 chicken cut up
- 1 T. Hungarian paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. chicken stock ,
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Heat the butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat till foam subsides. Add the onion and saute, stirring for 3 minutes. Add the chicken, and saute for 5 minutes on each side. Stir in the paprika, salt, pepper, and remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook for another 3 minutes.
